It all comes down to High Pressure Processing (HPP)—a preservation method that uses cold water and extreme pressure (never heat) to lock in nutrition and flavor. Our production facility is the only one extracting for foodservice under refrigerated conditions where the cold-press juicing and HPP process happens on the same site. The result is the freshest juice on the market with a shelf life of up to eight months, 5x–6x longer than traditional flash pasteurization.
