Our signature line of HPP juices are made with 100% fresh juice, never heat-treated, and contain no added sugars or concentrates. We use cold water and high pressure to extend the shelf life of the juices so there is no need for heat pasteurization or preservatives.
Our fresh-squeezed lemonade and limeade bases are all-natural, premium concentrates made with HPP cold-pressed juice, real cane sugar, in-house fruit purees, and natural extracts. The bases are diluted with water at a 3:1 ratio so operators can deliver craft-quality lemonades at an affordable price point.
Our cold-pressed ginger juice is extracted from fresh ginger root and lightly acidified with HPP lemon juice. We use cold water and high pressure to extend the shelf life of the juice so there is no need for heat pasteurization or preservatives. As the ginger juice contains 100% juice, it tastes as if you squeezed it yourself.
